2. Products and Handmade Nature

All products sold on justsimpleme.com are handmade linen clothing and accessories.

Due to the handmade production process, slight variations in:

color,
fabric texture,
stitching,
size (within reasonable tolerance)

may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of handmade items and do not constitute defects.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include applicable taxes, unless clearly indicated.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s supported payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Production and Shipping

Many products are made to order. Estimated production times are stated on product pages.
Shipping times depend on destination and carrier and are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, strikes, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items
Products made according to the customer’s specifications

7. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

a description of the issue,
clear photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

All content on justsimpleme.com, including text, images, product designs, logos, graphics, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Linen, MB and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linen, MB shall not be liable for:

delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
