Care Instructions

Linen is a natural, breathable fabric made to last. With proper care, your linen garments will soften over time and become even more beautiful with wear. Please follow these care instructions to keep your pieces looking their best.

 

Washing

 

  • Machine wash at 30°C (cold or gentle cycle)
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach or detergents with harsh chemicals
  • Turn garments inside out before washing

Hand washing is also suitable for delicate items.

 

Drying

 

  • Air dry whenever possible for best results
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Avoid tumble drying — it may cause shrinkage and weaken fibers
  • Linen dries quickly, so air drying is both easy and eco-friendly.


Ironing

 

  • Iron while the fabric is slightly damp
  • Use medium to high heat (linen setting)
  • Steam ironing works especially well

Natural wrinkles are part of linen’s charm — embrace its relaxed look.

 

Storage

 

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid plastic bags; linen prefers to breathe
  • Fold neatly or hang on padded hangers


Shrinkage & Fit

 

All our linen is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage.

However, natural fibers may still shrink slightly (up to 3–5%) if exposed to high heat.

 

Stains

 

  • Treat stains as soon as possible
  • Gently dab — do not rub
  • Avoid harsh stain removers or bleaching agents
